Students are expected to follow our trading program by using the strategies we teach.  We are confident that students will make pips if they use these tools. If, for some reason, the student's trades are not earning pips at all, our coaches will look at and evaluate the student's trading style and strategies and retrain them to get the student where they need to be. If this retraining still does not work, and the students show us a printout of their live trading account (that shows no profitable trades) and they are following our strategies and using our trading signals then Pinnacle will refund 100% of the tuition paid for the course.   Refunds must be claimed no later than 365 days from the date of the final session.
